Please take some time to read our Terms and Conditions if you are interested to join our sprees.
Terms and Conditions
1) Order/purchase Items
Place your order by replying to tvxq-mycrazylove@hotmail.com indicating the spree name as the subject. For example, "Asmama Spree #1". Transfer of money have to be made before the closing date/time stated, else order will be void. Only paid orders will be taken in. Please wait for confirmation letter to ensure that your order has been taken in. Kindly wait for 3 days for us to process your orders. No cancellation of orders/ items after payment is made.
Please double check item, color, price, URL link, alternatives etc. We will make our own executive decision during any uncertainty & won't be responsible if it's wrong. We will make sure to check that your items are ordered accurately as stated in your orders.
2) Enquiries
You can enquire at the tagboard. Alternatively, you can send an email to tvxq-mycrazylove@hotmail.com indicating "Enquiry on [spree name]". We would gladly assist you and answer your questions. Kindly allow 3 days for the reply.
3) Items, Prices and Suppliers
For sprees, measurements and pictures are provided by the supplier, we will not be responsible for any discrepancy. We would try to find good suppliers and agents, where we trust to buy stuff from them.
Please allow 2-4 cm of difference between stated measurements and actual items. Please take note of difference in lighting between monitors and due to lighting when taking the photos. The supplier tried to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of their products. The actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Prices are fixed, no negotiation is allowed. When you place an order, you are making your own decision to participate in our pre-order/spree. All items are subjected to availability of the supplier. If your items are out-of-stock, refunds will be done at the end of the spree.
4) Refund/Exchange
No refunds will be done for any goods delivered unless the items you've ordered is out of stock or the wrong size(given by supplier). We will perform the refund at the end of the spree.
You can request for a return if the merchant ships the wrong/defected item over. In which, return fees/charges are to be beared by spree-er.
Damaged items which will usually not occur as we would double check the item before sending it to you. If items are damaged during shipping, we will send the item back for exchange or refund. However, exchange/return will be subjected to supplier's approval depending on the evidence provided. In which, return fees/charges may have to be beared by spree-er. Slight scratches, stained, errors in measurement or defected items is not considered damaged.
We have no control if the seller ships damaged/wrong items, or if he/she goes MIA, thus hold no responsibility.
We will not hold any responsibility if items are damaged during delivery to mailing address.
All refunds are done at the end of the spree.
5) Payment Method
There are 3 methods of payment - bank transfer, concealed cash and meet - ups. We would prefer bank transfer. The bank account is POSB Savings Account, 228-15895-0. We do accept mailed concealed cash/cheque but this is at your own risk with the money does not reach us. Meet ups for payment might not be always available and would only be of our convenience.
6) Collection Method
There are 5 methods for collection - self collection, mass meetup, personal meetup, registered postage and normal postage.
For self-collection, our place for collection is at 146 Bishan St 11. Collection at Lift C landing. We will only hold your items for 2 weeks after we informed you to collect. Please inform us if you need us to hold it longer than that . Else, the items will be considered as forfeited by you and no refund will be made for them by us.
For Mass meetup, it would usually be at Bishan/ Toa Payoh / Ang Mo Kio MRT station.
For personal meetup, also at the above mention MRT Stns for those who cant make it for Mass Meetup. At a fee of $1.00 per spree-er.
For Normal Postage, we will not be responsible nor held liable for any loss of normal mail.
For Registered Postage, we will provide the reference number. Please opt for this to prevent any loss of items.
Do not change your mind and request for meetup/self collection when initally you stated to collect by mail. No refunds if you decide to change your mind and opt for self-collection or mass meetup.
7) Updates
All updates will be made through my blogspot. We will try our best to provide frequent updates, but patience will be much appreciated! Basic updates are dates of consolidating and placing the order, items shipped, mailing of items. Should there be any problems with the spree, you'll be informed only when I have a clear picture of what's happening as liasing with merchants takes time. If due to personal reasons that the spree is delayed, you'll be informed and please practice patience.
We reserve the right to change the mode of shipping/cancel the spree when responses are not met.

With the above T&Cs set into place, we would like to state that we are very reasonable, understanding and friendly people. We will try our best to make sure everything goes smoothly. But please understand that We are just like any one, we do make mistakes.
